Industry 4.0

The 4.0 center holds the LMA 4.0 (Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory 4.0), located at FACENS and inaugurated in June 2018, it offers, in addition to a learning and research environment, technical solutions that demonstrate the concept of the various areas related to Industry 4.0. The center can provide innovative solutions for the industry, in addition to bringing new trends and technologies to students and the interested community, with a multidisciplinary laboratory covering Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Computing and Production Engineering.

The team of professors and researchers is made up of professionals with industrial experience from different sectors, combined with Master's and Doctorate academic training.

Students and interns also participate in the group, who contribute with complementary research and operational activities.
